Ion Discover DJ function problem

Postby almmeister on 08 Jan 2010, 19:38

hi, i just bought a Ion Discover DJ to my laptop.
So i installed the software, pluged in the discover and started the software but nothing happened?
All the buttons are lighten up, which would say that SYNC, REV, CUE and Play/Pause buttons lit.
So my first thought was that i was broken but i decided to try it on another laptop i have and on that one it worked prefectly!
Just can't know why i wont work on my laptop?
Anyone got any suggestions?

Erhm, strange question anyway but.
On the laptop that the Discover works there is a webcam.

It can be the source of your problem, try to uninstall it...

I think you misunderstood me there.
I mean that the Discover DO NOT work with the laptop that has NO webcam while the Discover DJ works with the laptop that has a webcam.
