setup help needed for Producer 7.043

hey there, im quite new to Producer 7, ive used home 5 and 6 in the past. i have a problem using multi audio cards.
i user usb soundblaster 24bit connected to optical cable to an amp and i have a internal standard soundcard or i have a usb xfi sc. i want it so i can set the monitor to one of the sound cards but there is no option to do it. also im not sure what ASIO4ALL does, ive tried installing it but no luck, i basically want a basic setup with monitor for headphones to mix, can anyone help?
