Pardon me,but I refused to add something else that has been happening with u46 and my notebook. Each time I plug in my u46 via usb,I have to reinstall the drivers for it to work properly as in not just generically. That is, if I unplug my u46, for whatever reason, the u46 control panel controls appears grayed out which is normal as the souncard has not been plugged in yet. Now here is the problem: When I now plug in the u46 and my notebook recognizes it the control panel controls still appear grayed out!!! As a result I can't use it with the software save to just use it as a medium for playing out sound from my notebook. I now have to install all over again the updated drivers (ver 0.41 or 39) before the control panel becomes active. With my other souncards such as the audio 8,as soon as I plug in the souncard,having installed the drivers initially, the control panel controls come alive immediately everytime. But everytime with u46 mk ii,I ALWAYS have to re-install the drivers. How do I correct this situation. Thanks.
