u46 not working

I am having this same problem with Vista. Have done everything suggested on this thread with no effect. I noticed that in Mixvibes Options>Soundcard I am inable to press on ASIO and that the U46 DJ is only shown as Kernal. How can I change this?

Run the installation wizard from the menu, select u46km2asio as the device driver and follow the reset of the setup

if you do not have asio as an option sounds like the driver is not installed correctly
uninstall it completely and reboot
re install the latest drivers form the download section 1.041
then re run the installation wizard

Always use the same usb port and follow exactly the installer.
If you could try on an other computer before send it for services or exchange.

this usually happens when you install your U46 plugged in specific USB port and then plug your interface in another USB port on anothe roccasion. Make sure you use always the same USB port and you should not have this issue.
