HELP! How can i activate DVS without having internet access?

HEY Folks!
I got some problems with activating my mixvibes DVS again...
i bought mixvibes DVS6 2 YEARS ago.evrything runed fine, without any problems.5 days ago i downloaded the update 7.21.
after installing the update it asked for the serial. after typing in the serial DVS wants to be activated again.so i wrote an email with my hardwareID,my registration name and registration nr. to mixvibes. since then nothing happened . i didn´t get an email back or something.
I can´t get into my DVS anymore and i´m really getting ill because i can´t DJ since 5 days.
so what should i do now???

What e-mail did you send it to? Retry the manual activation (within MV) and be sure to send your hardware ID and registration code to activate@mixvibes.com

hardware ID: ........-....

registration code: .....-.....-.....-.....-.....

i tried 5 times, but nothing happens, no e-mail, nothing...
is there a phone support which i could call?

Send your hardware ID and registration code to N-deep in a pm (he manages the serials).

And for the time being, there isn't a phone help line.
