considering moving over to Mixvibes DVS system

Postby NIGHTMARCHER on 29 Jul 2009, 00:06

Hello all,
I'm a long time DJ out of Hawaii and I'm considering making the jump. I have both Serato and Traktor Scratch Pro. I like being the first to break a new products in the islands. I was one of the ones resposible for the whole serato movement here and wanted to push the Traktor system but I couldn't be confident that it wouldn't crash on a gig, too bad I got like 3 other DJ's on it already I could've moved them this way. Love Serato but it gets a bit boring @ times and I'd like to do more. I play everything from TechHosue to Dubstep and run a Dubstep duo set with my buddy every other week. Which system would better suit my needs? I get bookings for just about every genre of music which gets me a tons of gigs so I has to be pretty stable. Was considering Pro 7 because I'd like to rock 4 decks with my techno stuff but how's the DVS with pro. Can I use my sl1 soundcard for DVS that would be awsum if I didn't have swap cards before gigs I sometimes have 3 shows back to back and very little time to mess around with that kind of things. ALOHA

See if you can use your SL-1 with one of the MV demos :)
