BPM is not calculated with big MP3 files or flac files

I am a glad user of the DVS LE 7 version and i have in my library some .flac files.

Is it possible to obtain the BPM check on these files ? and how ?

I did place the file in the player and as for all my MP3 it does analyse the song but does not provide any BPM.

Test it, take an MP3 of one of your mixes and place it in one of the Mixvibes players, you will not obtain any BPM.

I think the size of the audio file has something to do but i don't know where to change this option.

This is not the way to analyze the whole mediabase. Press Ctrl+A to select all tracks then right clic and analyze.

Cool function which i did not know.

The only issue is that no BPM is displayed.

I got for example a .flac of 61 mb and after i click analyse, nothing happens.

Any hope ?

In fact you should try to define in the options a shorter bpm range to search.
Search of bpm is done after the file is decompressed, it doesn't change anything if it's a flac or mp3. For long files it can be very hard to get an issue.
