[Solved] vinyl noise help

when ever i play my tunes through mixvibes it makes a tone sound the whole time. how can i sort this? also my music plays but it wont let me use my mixer, the sound is def going though the mixer but cant use the controls. plz help

Open the mixer for the U46MKII and mute the monitor channels 1 and 2.
