the key knob don't cimpare speed it change the key off the music
music 101...here go's
when you go up or down pitch (60% + or - ) you also go up or down key scale....when you speed the music up or slow it down you also change's the note [ key ]
there are spots in the pitch scale ( 60% + or - ) that when you hit that spot you changes the note say from #C to a #D or a #A
his is how the Vestax control one turntable works
it has buttons on it for changing the pitch & hitting those notes on the note scale with out having to use the pitch fader

put a track in mixvibes & pitch it up high [ not to high ]
now move the key knob left to changes the note
the music will sound slower but the tempo will stay the same
