unable to access downloads

I have registered my serial key but I need the manual to set it up, been to downloads and says I have no access, anyone a clue as to what go on?

Sorted now mate cheers, only thing is i cant seem to get the manual encoded on the right thing so i can read it, is there a certain program i need or summat?
it currently opens in ms word

Right click the file and open it with Acrobat Reader, it should work better that way.

First off, make you you have Adome Reader installed on your computer.
