problem/question about 7.2 offset, multi instance

hi!
would be a silly/stupid question about the offset?

but is this normal
when i press "save position" button in offset(ms)it changes all the time by it self like this 15367. 23365 29875 and etc.
???????

now i have some some sound crash issues too.
about every 5 fifth song is causin me "crash" when playing whit both decks.(timecode-cdjs)
its like (windows error/scratch) sound and it last about 1sec.
really annoying.

i have selected multi instance in (options - general - system optimization) but in my configrep. it shows NO???
