Old serial number??

Hello again,

I was trying to download the latest MixVibes DVS update.

But there are two problems (maybe related one to each other) and they are:

1) My serial number is one of the "old kind" the format is XXXX-XX-XXXXXXXXXX

(so it isn't like the one in that appears to enter it in the User Control Panel)

2) The second thing is that when I go to the download/update section it tells me that I have "0 traffic" for this month. How can this be if I haven't downloaded anything for several months?

I would be glad to receive some suggestions.
