MIDI problem Cross on Mac

can anybody help me to configure the MIDI for Cross on my Mac with the denon HC4500 controller?
i don't understand how i must to start with this.
In the Tab MIDI in preferences i see my controller but i can't link a button.

For now Cross only supports the following MIDI controllers,

- Vestax VCM-100
- Vestax VCI-100
- Pionneer CDJ-400
- Numark TOTAL CONTROL

Further MIDI developements will come in future updates of Cross.
