MP3's only on one channel?! Need help!

No, you can do your setup with asio4all it will be the best solution. Select there your equipement & define asio4all as your ASIO driver.
Now your latency is poor for scratch even on one channel (100ms) with ASIO4ALL you should get what you need.
I see it already installed in your asio options.

You can download the last DVS LE version 6.412 in the 'downlaod center' Update DVS LE 6.412 & releases notes
There is a tutorial (doc file) that explain how to configurate DVS LE with ASIO4ALL. If you use Vista you have to use this version too.
