problem with using t.c vinyl

Alls I get wen i try to use the time coded vinyls is a high pitched noise, I try to calibrate but it says

no signal found on input, check the turntable connection (as far as I know its all connected correct)
mixvibes will not work with your installation retry the test
which i do and get the same

Hi Flip,

Can you please update to the latest version of DVS?

Update DVS 7.1 & releases notes

Moreover your soundcard was not detected by the software. Did you run the install wizard to setup MixVibes?
