In theory yes you should be able to, I’m just not sure how your laptop/desktop would handle the amount of resources required to run two devices connected via usb at the same time and you may have to power them by external power. i have not tested this with the U46MK2 myself as i don’t have two of the soundcards to plug in at the same time though im sure someone on the forum will be able to test this for you...
windows has the ability to manage multiple devices that are identical so i don’t see why it shouldn’t work... other options are looking into buying an audio device with more in/outputs such as the Edirol FA-101 which will cost you about the same as two U46MK2 audio devices anyway.
