Perfect mixing with cds? Like using real cds.

Postby DanceCode on 30 Oct 2008, 00:13

Hello! I want to know what can i do to get perfect control of the tracks like using real cds. I have the "old" cds, not the HDCDs so i use the 6.21 version.
I can mix... it isnt working horrible, but it isnt the same that mixing with real cds.
I've a friend who use serato, and when we use serato is like mixing with real cds, you can forget that you are using a software.
Sorry for comparing, but when i use mixvibes it isnt the same, i have to correct the mix all the time. The software say that the pitch is 125 for example, and i dont move anything in my cd players and then it say that the pitch is 125.1 for example. Things like that reminds me that im using a software.
I think i should post my config report but i dont know how to get it on this version.
Im using 2 pioneers cdj 200 .
Hope you can help me, thanks.

Hi Dancecode,

You're comparing latest Serato and old MixVibes version. You should buy HD CD and enjoy the latest free update of MixVibes. DVS 7.1 is amazing!
