hey i'm a new user and i'm trying to set up DVS on my macbook using parallels, i haven't the slightest idea what to do and need help . thanks

Install xp or vista on bootcamp. And install the drivers and mvs as you use a PC.

that's correct forget about parallel, bootcamp is the way to go. Use Macdrive to read your mac partition from the Windows OS.
