Thanks to egun and ndeep for taking tha time to help me out.
I tried everything, new MIDI files, re-install, you name it I tried it...Here's what I have found works....
Go into the unzipped Mixvibes folder, go to MIDI folder, go to Hercules RMX and open the ini file, then close it, then open MV and there ya are....it works.
Any variance and no work MV. Do not turn on tooltips or lose all MIDI control.
