SKINS FOR Large font size 120DPI

Postby richjoh on 29 Aug 2008, 04:05

If I set my display properties to Large font (under the Displays Properties, Advanced Tab, General Tab) in Windows XP, my MixVibes skin characters is too BIG. I can't make out the BPM or the song length. Some ctrls overlap.

Do we have a skin for the windows "Large Font" setting? If not someone should make a few. I don't use this size on my laptop, its for my desktop PC. I like when my Screen Resolution is set to 1600x1200 and use Large Font only for my Desktop PC. (Can't wait to get my laptop back from repair...)

I see in the Option, Skins menu you can edit the skin settings via a text file (aka ini).

If you can find out and tell me the settings for the BPM font and time display font that's all I need to make a change. Maybe I'll play with this latter when time permits...

Hi ,

open the ini file of your skin

and search at the begin of the file the area named %MAIN//===================

you can see under , lines with FONT0 , FONT1 , FONT2 ,....

The first column after FONTx is the size of the font for a part of the skin.

I can't remember which line exactly but as i remember you can found comments at the end of line for help you.

Good luck.

Bye.
