Please could anyone help

Hi everyone in here help,i can not play vidoes with my Producer 7.1 and i have tried everything i could but no luck,each time i laod a video file Producer crashes and i played all of the videos with PCDJ-VJ perfectly without and hitch.
So why Producer is failing me now on this.
Please someone help

I guess we need to do some more testing. In the mean time you should probably downgrade... A fix will take some time to develop.
