i dont get it at all :eek:

why would you need an external recorder, when using the U-Mix Control Pro?

finally found out the root of the problem, under audio option i should not have chosen asio as the soundcard, i should have chosen the primary sound card then it will record on my PC and there is sound! all is good now, thanks!

does not work again ... sigh ... anyone using the controller pro on win 7? apparently there is some conflict with the soundcard in use

Make shure you have the U-Mix Control Pro soundcard (ASIO!!!) chosen in the Cross preferences.

Yep, J is right, you need to have the U-Mix Control Pro in ASIO mode to not have conflicts.
