How to get your iTunes stars/ranking show into Cross

Unfortunately, I think the demo version is a bit old.

Can you confirm you got the 1.5.0 demo version ?

This bug has been fixed in Cross DJ 1.5.2, stars are shown in the iTunes pane.

I'll report the demo is outdated.

It seems that the demo version is outdated( 1.5) when a 1.54 version exist... You might expect an update of the demo it's coming soon.

I use Cross 1.5.4 and iTunes 10.2.2.12 and rate with stars some tracks. Opened Cross and the info of the track in mediabase, reload tag but i still can not see the rating stars. I don't use this but just testin' it.

Works for us with the 1.5.4 version.

Strange this doesn't for you Stelios.

You might have misunderstood the thing.
Let me explain it:

Starts aren't stored in the mp3 tag but only in the iTunes collection.
So you can see them in the iTunes pane and when importing the iTunes tracks in Cross, Cross remembers this rating. However, if you reload the tag, you tell Cross to forgot iTunes information and use the tag...

You are right. It works for me too.

The problem is that star rating in iTunes is not a field in id tags so it can not be saved as tag. As a result of this Cross, in mediabase fields, can't show this field. In Cross iTunes selection i can see, changing the stars rating in real time. I change rating in iTunes and make reload in Cross iTunes and everything changes instantly.

I've had this problem with Cross DJ. It happened when I double clicked the rating-column to resize it. It just became to small to see the stars and i was never able to change the column size after. A reinstall on the same computer didn't work neither. A fresh install on a Macbook did of course work out but i will never double click that column again:)
