master mix don`t record

i can`t record master mix, the deck A record the deck B record too but the master mix doesn`t. Somebody can help me. please?

:cool: :cool: :?: need a little more info on your set up, if you are using the software by itself and the recording the mastermix doesnt work something is wrong :!: if you are useing a external mixer and the output from your computer goes to to your mixer , then the software doesnt see the mastermix,and is possibly why the a and b decks are rec, and the mastermix is not,,,still all the info pertaining to your set will help :cool: :cool:

As said Daniel, if you are using internally the software to mix, you'll be able to record the master output.

If you are using an external sound card, you should use an internal program and hook up your output cables to your computer and use a program to record your mixes such as audacity for example.
