U-Mix44 Win7 64-Bit Driver

Is driver version 1.0.4 for the U-Mix44 Windows 7 64-Bit (W7 64-Bit) compatible? The driver info shows it is compatible with SEVEN but it doesn't specify.

Any help will be appreciated.

do what jkut askyou to do. Yes it is compatible but it works only if you set the frequency to 48khz. (transparent change)
