problems with my DJ pack

i have a DJ pack and i am having a lot of problems with it. first off how do you make a create or playlist with just downloads you want to add to a mix? second my program keeps arcing and making noise as you are playing your downloads. its like it is pausing in the midddle of playing a song and it does it more then once it seems it does it when you go to mix in the next song. I am using turn tables. third it is slipping as you try to scratch or cue why doe is do that and what is the fix for these things
