U-Mix Control Pro odd behavior.....

Postby Dtctr010 on 08 Mar 2011, 20:55

I got my U-Mix Control pr yesterday it seemed to work fine until i set the audio to the controller. It began playing normally until i heard static in my headphones and speakers. Then the music stopped playing and the controller shut down. It was still turned on but none of the buttons worked. I even checked on the software and that stopped working too. I don't understand why it's doing this now since i got it yesterday. It seems to work fine when i use another audio setting but only malfunctions when its the controller's audio setting. If anyone knows why this is happening please let me know as i have an event on saturday which i cannot mess up on.

Thank you

Hello,

can you please provide some infos about your computer? Processor and Chipset would be great. Is it a Mac or a PC?

Cheers,

Steve

Try to set the samplerate to 48Khz instead of 44Khz.

The problem has already been solved. It turns out the Khz setting was too low so the contoller couldnt function properly. After setting it to the next level, it began to function normally without any errors.
