Mixvibes U-Mix 44

Hi, I have a sound card Mixvibes U-Mix 44.My problem lies in the fact that she plays a half quieter than if I play directly from the players. What's the problem? I'm doing something wrong? Please help.

Set the volume into the windows audio panel.
