Cannot hear from headphones or computer speakers

I bought the Numark IDJ3 that comes with the Cross Mixvibes software. We downloaded the drivers and software and cannot hear anything out of our headphones or from the computer speakers. What are we doing wrong?

Can you post some screenshots of your audio page from Cross ?
