Cross crashes with iTunes

I just bought a Numark iDJ3 and am running it on my MacBook Pro (v10.6). I am running Cross 1.3.4 (Disc label says it contains Cross LE MixVibes CD version 1.0).

Every time I open the application it goes to import iTunes and crashes, doesn't matter what I do. I have removed everything (including the library files) and still no luck.

I would like to get this working instead of returning it, need a quick solution.

NB: I also can't seem to find updates to the software, the download center is difficult to navigate. How do I update?

Hi!

there is no update for iDJ3 so far. You may ask Numark for more information.

We'll try to reproduce your problem to find a solution, but it seems you're the first to report it!
If Cross is crashing you might have a crash report generated by MacOSX:
on the crash popup, click "report..." then "Problem Details", and copy-paste the text in a text file to send us.
