Board does not work

I installed on windows, everything works but the board. it lights up but doesn't work

no official tech support but lets have a look

Which "boards" are you using with which software? Be aware that the hardware is installed properly and is recognized by the software.

Finally please insert your serial into your profile to get the latest version and support.
