U-Mix Control HELP CONFIG

Hi everyone,

I received for xmas a U-Mix Control and I instaled on my laptop that has Windows 7.

The interface recons the software, and it lites up the play button and cue button but only if i use the PC interface. the real DJ table doesn't act on the software on the PC.

Can anybody help me?

Can you please post a link or a picture to the hardware?! I am always confused when it comes to DJ Tech products because there are a lot.
