Button Lights don't work

I just bought the U-Mix Control panel, but the button lights don't work. Is there a setting where I can turn them on/off, or is the device broken?

There is only a few of them lighting (cue, play, loop) if nothing work then you certainly have an issue with some of your usb drivers blocking communication to the controller.
