Media Load Error

Recently purchased ion discover DJ product for son and loaded the cd and installed as directed, but now when its opens iTunes loads into bottom of screen in the libary part of mixvibes but when you select the songs it comes up as Media Loading Error: Cant load media- check audio settings. Any reason why this is coming up and how to fix it? Thanks

Well reloaded my audio driver thinking that was the problem any ideas of what else to try to fix the problem? Under preferences and audio section when trying to chane the audio device from <<no audio device>> I get the following message Error while opening primary sound driver " unknown error: -2004287480"...one again any help is appreciated
