ion discover DJ controller problem

Just bought (2) Ion Discover DJ with MixVibes software. Installed the software first, then plugged in the controller. When I plugged it in, all the lights stay lit. None of the other buttons seems to work. Tried to troubleshoot and even reinstalled the software and repeated the set-up instructions. When that didn't work, tried the other controller and had the same issues.

I read some of the other posts and it seems like it's not just me. Some people had the same issue by only being able to use the software, mouse and keyboard (not the controller). Just wanted to know what the resolution is? Buy another one?

Seeing this seems to be a driver/hardware fault and not a software one to me, have you tried getting in contact with Ion via there support or forum.

I believe they could help you better.
