Hi,

I have recently changed computers and my mixvibes software is on my old computer which is now dead so I can't access it and I don't have the software disc anymore. With my product code for my Discover DJ MIDI controller which the software came with, is there any way to re-download the software?

Because you didn't register your licence number before the crash we can't send it back to you.
The Ion support might help you with your Ion product code.

The product code is the number on the controller and we can't do anything with this, only Ion can.
