discover DJ - only one side can make scratch.

Hi
i just now finished installing the mixvibes with my new ion discover DJ... but some how i found out that only the right side is making the scratches .. and the left side do only pause when i touch it ....
is it a defect of the discover DJ hardware ? or its some configuration problems ???
need help asap

You should contact the Ion support because there is strictly no setting for this. It should work plug & play out of the box.

thats what i was doing today ... i just return the product and they ordered me another one insted.....
i hope i will get it soon again ... and i hope that now it will be ok ...

after i was testing this device on windows 7 .. and then on other computer with win Xp... and i got the same problem ...
then i was sure that its kind of hardware defect...

well cant wait to get the discover DJ again ...
lets hope that this time it will be good ...
