when does discover DJ get a new software update???

hello im pretty much new to the forum i only read post i dont normally post my self, but i just want to know is there going to be another update for the ion discover DJ because my left jog wheel is unresponsive when in scratch mode it works but not smooth at all its chippy late and unresponsive but when not in scratch mode it works fine, for the tempo and speed, i dont even use those functions i just wanna be able to scratch on both sides its really difficult to cue songs only on my right side cuz the left side takes to long any help???

Having issue on one side lead me to a hardware issue and Ion support would be a better option.

The version with Ion Discover DJ, is a LE (limited) version. One of his limitation is that it cannot be updated.
So you should go on a full version : Cross DJ or Cross.

ok i thought you might say that but i dont understand if its a hardware issue because like i sid when not in scratch mode the jog wheel responds for speed tempo and hybrid and can i use Cross or the other bigger programs wit the discover DJ

Yes you're right because it is exactly the same message that is send by the jog in both mode but both jogs are stricly the same for me, I don't have this issue.

Cross DJ should be your best choice, you will have an open software, you could then use/map/remap any controller and have our latest add-on.
