Help with U-Mix44

Hello, let me introduce myself. My name is José and I'm from Chile and i just bought a U-Mix 44 sound card.
So I need a little help with my card.
I have installed the last Asio4all driver and also the last U-Mix44 driver
However my prblem is that in my laptop this soundcard doesn't work properly. when I try to do timecoding the sound is cuttet and clipped all the time, like if the latency is really really bad and it goes really slow but when I use my laptop's sound card it works perfectly. I'm using vdj and the DVS program that came with it but still have the same problem in both programs.
I have tried everything, I've reinstalled win7, tried with win xp s3 and couldn't solve it. I've tried in different usb ports, disabling everything (wifi, ACPI, etc) also I called to my laptop service customer and nothing happened.

But I tried with my friends laptop, wich is an old laptop (dell) and for my surprise, it worked perfectly.
By the way I'm using an Acer Aspire 4535 Laptop,3gb ram, win7 x86

Please help me I'm really disapointed just want sell my laptop.

With DVS LE or Cross demo ?
if you don't use the inputs does it still happen ?
What cpu have both laptops ? (acer & dell)

It's with DVS LE
and don't know how to use it without the inputs (I'm doing timecoding)
so if i don't use the inputs i don't get the signal

and the acer is a AMD turion x2 64 mobile RM-72 2.1ghz
and the dell is a AMD turion 64 2.0 ghz

it's really wierd :S

Just switch the vinyl button off into the interface.
The purpose is to know if it still happen with less usb bandwidth.
