DVS Ultimate - settings changing?

Hi all, I'm writing on behalf my friend who has DVS Ultimate (thanks for helping with the install cd). After working fine for a couple of days, he is now unable to use both turntables after a while, as something in the software (I think) keeps switching a setting over.

Doing a restore removes the problem only for a short while. Doing a restore everytime he wants to use DVS Ultimate isn't something we anticpated having to do.

Please have a look at the attached pic - the problem is circled in red. The circled display on the right (for RH turntable) should be '02', but switches back to '01' (like the LH turntable). I havent seen this displayed in Cross (which I have), so I'm at a loss to help him!

Check thé audio préférences i am sure you aren't in asio when that's happens
You have a reset possible of thé software settings in DVS folder reset.exe
When you havé a problem use thé config report fonction publish it on this forum.

My guess is that usb is switched on/off and this tend to reset the soundcard setting (not in asio anymore).
