I have the same issue with DVS Ultimate version 7.400. No embedded cover art shown. All MP3s have one embedded cover and are tag version ID3v2.3.

Cross does read and display cover art without any error in all 2000+ files.

The issue is fixed in Vfx too, so it is only in MV7.

EDIT :
the cover tags used are front/back. Most of them are now into other.

So we need to read the tags named cover:other or to copy/duplicate other to front/back tags.
