mixvibes not working on vista

have been using mv DVS for over 4 yrs with pretty much no troble then went to use last wk and it said setup.exe not working, So uninstalled and tried to reinstall now im gettin install.exe not working??????? HELLLLLPPPPPPPPPP:cry:

Check that the UAC (user control in windows config) isn't working. Which install version do you use?
