Files Too Big

I was uploading a track to A side and I kept getting a window saying that the files too big.

How do I go about adjusting the music file from iTunes so I could be able to play the music?

What happened was I had all of my music stored on CD's and had installed the tracks into iTunes.

I want to use this so I can teach clogging with.

If someone could help me, I certainly would appreciate it a lot.
