Hello!
I recently sold my Ion Discover DJ on Ebay. I sent the individual everything, except the serial key. He has been speaking with someone from MixVibes, and they told him they could only give him the serial key with proof of purchase. He also said that the software could be installed on up to 2 computers.
I have the proof of purchase, however it is from Paypal/Ebay. I purchased the Ion Discover DJ new from a seller on Ebay, and can prove this if necessary. I also only installed the software on one computer, however I never registered it. I know if I had, I would have been able to access the key online. Even if it comes down to me paying a few dollars to get the key, I really want the individual who purchased the system from me to be able to utilize it.
