need help big time

alrighty, just trying to download pro 7.2 but it keeps saying you need to put your serial number into your profile,. but ive done that and submitted it several times, still no joy, also cant get turntables to sync with software....???? anyone got any info, cheers ??

by the heading above the avitar looks like you got it sorted out (the reg) welcome to mixvibes fourm ,this posting is here to welcome you and let you know about the help section where a lot of problems have been solved ,by posting there you will get more attention and also see similiar problems and thier solutions you also might want to go to the down load section and down load the latest update for the software

Your serial looks fine. If you're referring to the little notice at the top of the page in the Download Center, that message stays there whether or not you've got your serial in your profile.

What kind of soundcard are you using?
