need help big time

alrighty, just trying to download pro 7.2 but it keeps saying you need to put your serial number into your profile,. but ive done that and submitted it several times, still no joy, also cant get turntables to sync with software....???? anyone got any info, cheers ??

Your serial looks fine. If you're referring to the little notice at the top of the page in the Download Center, that message stays there whether or not you've got your serial in your profile.

What kind of soundcard are you using?
