Great that v4.0.0 finally could be released after all challenges for the mv staff in the last years.

If understood right now everything is fully 64bit and future ready in the back.

As

1. when using full wavelength, the "-" pitch vcr is in the wave. When you 'accidently' miss the control it has direct impact to the sound due to clicking in the wave. Maybe there can be some more unclickable background behind the control.

2. Still can't find how to change deck input to one of the line inputs.

3. Really hope a better font will be used. This new font is way to fuzzy in my opinion. Given that I don't have an issue in the previous version I suppose aging is only a minor influence.

4. Please reinstate naming of cues/loops

5. please reinstate 8 cues/loops buttons visible instead of current 2*4

6. Make artist name in decks more visible. Preferably same as title as having the right artist is just as relevant as having right title.

7. Please reinstate Preview volume button.

8. No autozoom when clicking in wave. Or maybe use right click for such. Now moving track in the wave is close to impossible.

Hope this will fit in the dev sched soon.

Thanks for the feedback Ronald, as always it is on point and very valuable!

I will be sure to forward this to the developers tonight along with all other feedback we are getting.

Regarding naming of cues/loops, this has made its way back in in my testing of the Mac version. You can name the cues by right clicking on the cue number and it should bring up an option to name and an option to delete the cue, similar to how it worked in Cross DJ 3.

Regards,
Adam @Mixvibes

Great. Found it; Even with changing character to arrow when hoover. However just as many other items only visible when looking close. Must be why I missed it as I tried right click in the time block.

The new version looks promising, here are my first improvement thoughts:

* elapsed/remaining time (along with pitch value) font is too small and dark coloured
* playlists cannot be browsed easily with touchscreen by dragging
and moving, still the same sidebar function as in 3.x
* I would prefer way more than 20 tracks for auto match
* need simultaneous display of both the beatmatcher and full waveform
* ability to zoom in on a playing track waveform
* the player waveforms are unnecessarily large, taking
up screen estate - how about half waveforms, Pioneer-style..?

Some video suggestions:

Somewhat inconvenient that vid is not a seperate bar, but a 'toggle' state with the wave decks.
- no simple access to vcr's like pitch, repeat when in vid mode.
- no simple access to toggle external display (took me a while to find this button at all).

- please have option to enlarge vid bar
