Streamline music Search field

I have been using CrossDJ on Windows for 2 years. I still forget to select the group before searching for tracks. (I know, 2 years and I still can't remember to make multiple mouse clicks to search for tracks....)

My previous DJ program allowed me to set a default group to search in the preferences area of the setup. In my case I would set the default to COLLECTION > TRACKS because that is where my major library resides.

What would be even better is a keyboard shortcut to select the default search group and highlight the Search Field ready to type without multiple mouse clicks.

CrossDJ has performed flawlessly since day 1 with my Denon MC6000 and is overall awesome.....

Thanks
Howard B.

You can use a playlist or a smartlist.
Drag this name to the nodedock left of the collection.
The nodes can change order.
The top one becomes default.

I have a default smartlist e.g. that contains 4+ star rating; duration between 30s and 30m (no loops no mixes). some genres excluded like Christamas etc.
