I make some playlists and I think a good idea would be to flag playlist where the track is in, when "right-click" -> "add to playlist"

Thanks for the suggestion, it is a useful idea. I will pass it to the developers to see if we can make it happen sometime.

My current work around is to use the color tag in Cross as a temporary label to be able to quickly tell if a track is already on a playlist or not.

Not sure if that would help in your situation?
