Advanced Autoplay capabilities building upon locators

enable autoplay (add new columns) to select at the track level:
- load/play start position using locators (drop down list showing # & timeline info)
- fade-out position using locators (drop down list showing # & timeline info)

or enable locators to have a type & facilitate load & fadeout capabilities

I am use to Traktor's load/fade-in/fade-out track level cue & cue type capabilities; I need something analogous in Cross in order to play long sets of continuous playlists for sports tailgates (as short as 2 hours and much as 6-8hrs); usually playlists are pre-composed for majority of the time period with last hour being live mixed)

With so much live recorded content having excess intro & ending undesired content, I am forced to live mix the playlists in Cross in order to manually select launching locators/hot cues & fade-out locators/hot cues; this is totally not practical for these long durations

Help!

These may be nice features but don't really fit in the easy to use philosophy of Cross.

For the starting point you can adjust the cue point of a track. For the end the only other option is to edit the track.

I have to agree with Rojec, especially when their are many more core features and functions to be working on as suppose to this least used aspect I would imagine. Not that I have need for the auto play aspect, and their are again more important aspects that are going to take some major work for the Cross devs so if this was doable in such a way I would also think they would also have to consider the overall performance of this software if this was added in the future .

But I would say something I would not personally add a plus to this
suggestion, but never say never what ever is practical in the short term in regard's to what Rojec mentions.
