Though I would love to see the skin looking like in your avatar again (greyish) skins (let alone customizable) are pretty time consuming to make and maintain.
As you might have noticed over time MV is now pretty flexible in adding functions by shifting and tweaking. The more 'colors' in an interface the harder it will become.
Maybe you have some add-on info as why or what your ideas made it to the forum. (Like I find the grey of 1.7 version way easier to use in summer due the limited impact of sunreflection; which make black scheme way harder to read)
